Todd Herremans Foundation Hoops for Help - Or what Todd will be doing all summer long...

Last night Philadelphia Eagles player  lineman Todd Herremans hosted the First Annual Todd Herremans Foundation Hoops for Help at the West Club of Lincoln Financial Field
THE FAT RAT BASTARD Jeff Pirrami, Todd Herremans and Marisa Magnatta, Preston and Steve Show during the live auction. What was so great during the auction, every time an item needed a little boast they would throw Todd in to accompany the folks to events, whether it was the Sixers game, golf and even a night on the town. His dance card is full this summer.Later this morning, if you're in town across from the Kimmel Center, Marisa and several of our friends like Kristina Jenkins, uwishunu, Philly.com's Maria Papadakis and Kristin Detterline from Philly Style Mag, will be doing the Flying Circus School's trapeze (part of PIFA Philadelphia which started yesterday. You can buy tickets and do it too, it's open to the public.)

Today I photographed 6ABC's Adam Joseph and that's why I missed the cocktail hour of Herreman's event.
Here's Todd Herreman with Lisa Friedlander, Project Director, No Place for Hate at Anti-Defamation League. No Place to Hate is one of the 6 charities being helped by the event last night. The others are American Cancer Society, Cooper Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, Magee Rehab - Brain Injury Research ( which is in the news of late after so many football players suffer those injuries) and Autism Research. Todd said that every year he would raise money for charities that applied to the foundation for help. I will certainly be putting the word in for Gilda's Club in the name of my sister who you all know passed away from Ovarian Cancer in 2009.

The room set up. The event coincided with March Madness, and the games played on TV through out the room. On each table was a basketball centerpiece signed by a current player on the Sixers. In an interesting twist the winner of the center piece was the oldest person sitting at the table.  Each table was randomly assigned one of the final 16 teams in the tournament; giving everyone a team to root for over the next two weeks.  All guests of the Championship team table will win an iPad Mini and guests of the second place team table will receive an autographed Todd Herremans jersey.
Which I'm sure none of these ladies were, or at least no one would ever admit their age as it's not polite to ask a lady. Kellie Gagliotti, Heather Mitts Feeley, Mary Beth DiStefano and Jenn Frederick. Both Mary Beth and Jenn are wearing sparkling Nicole Miller.

Drew "The Mayor" Carballo, manager of Del Frisco Steakhouse is stepping out in style with his baby Marissa Frommer. Check out the color coordination between these two sweethearts.
Philadelphia Eagles long snapper Jon Dorenbos was on hand doing his fantastic magic tricks; at one point he had the audience participate and for the "winners" he sent Shady McCoy into the audience to give out hugs to a few lucky winners.
