Last week the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation held its annual Black History Month Philly 360° cocktail party at Tendenza in Northern Liberties
Durrell Bottoms, Sigma Sound, Tracy Washinsky, Cheldin Barlatt Rumer, i-g creative and Michelle Miller, Sigma Sound.
