WOW WOW WOW the Hair O' Dog Philly Chit Chat's 2nd visit. I didn't know what to expect last year attending a gala so close to New Year's but it turned out to be the party of the year and if you are part of the "IN" crowd, or a wannabe, then you really must attend. For me this is the MET Gala of Philadelphia, The MET Gala is an annual event in NYC that brings out the stars and the glam, and we may not have the star power, but we did have the glam. From Kitten's to Cougars, Haute to Hawt Mess at HOD I saw it. The men impressed Black Tie to suit, and a few unimpressed w/ T-Shirts & blazer, and a few Jersey Shore boys with just a pullover, but Mookies boys can get away with it as they were sporting brawn.
I found there were actually two lines, VIP and Gen Admission; and would later discover there were two parties happening simultaneously, The VIP Party & The General Admission Party.
Julie Abramson tells me that next year my logo can be painted on the girls body. Sounds good sign me up for a sponsorship. (I have no idea how they went to the bathroom with their pants painted on.)
Jon Fox and the sweetest Alexis Small. Alexes & her friend Jessica Scott will be putting on the 4th Annual, "Fashion in Public" at Public House Wednesday, January 27, 2010 (7-11pm).
The total price is $100 and remember $30 is for charity:) Email me if u r interested and I will see if I can get you on the list as it's invite only.

Oh I love my readers' Kelly M and Jill G. Well Kelly M reads me everyday, and she's one of the privilege that follows me on Twitter too which allows a follower to receive live updates of the parties/events I cover, the tidbits I uncover during my day. I wish I were funnier, but sadly I'm not as clever as most. BTW if you mention you read my blog PCC, you are a guarantee on my blog. Thanks to the dozen or so people who came up to say hi the other night, some didn't want to be on the blog, but did want me to know they read me and I really do appreciate it. I had to twist Kelly & Jill's wrist as they were shy girls, hence no last names. Check out their shoes, very sharp.

Kenneth Edwards and actor Kevin Navayne. Kevin Navayne tells me that is getting ready to film a movie here in Philly with Alyssa Milano and Shannon Elizabeth. Holly Kammemer, Jessica Procini and Lauren O'Dorisio (I don't have a shot of John Colabelli, but congratulations on your new position at Capitol File as publisher. Not only will John be reunited with Editor Sarah Schaefer, but they will both have dual positions at PSM & Capitol File.)

Ah, babe, let's get it on Let's love, baby
Let's get it on, sugar
To get it on with me
Ooh, ooh, ooh
How sweet and wonderful life can be?
Whoo-ooh
Come on, baby, hey, hey
Let your love come out
If you believe in love
Let's get it on, ooh, ooh
Let's get it on, baby
Then it was over to the General Admission side, the younger crowd if you don't mine. The first daters, the 2nd daters, the when is he going to pop the question to me folks. They let their hair down and had a blast, blissfully unaware of the treats in the other room, enjoying their spread, huge center of the room bar, a room that was completely dedicated to dancing, with a bare minimum of sitting, but these folks came to party. $75 got them an open bar, hor dourve's, dessert and a lot of fun.party all the time.

Anything goes fashionThis year, Hair O’The Dog’s concentration and purpose will be giving back to those in need. Adopt-A-Pig has been chosen for this year’s Hair O’The Dog local charity. Adopt-A-Pig also based in Philadelphia, is a program designed to help children and their families cope as they face their greatest challenge, fighting cancer. Proceeds benefit a variety of support services for patients and their families. Please join us for this year’s event in helping one of Philadelphia’s remarkable local charities.

OMG a Richard Brian Penn Sighting, but as I made my way over to him he was gone in a flash. Now I know where he's been all these months, watching Jersey Shore cause he's picked up some fashion tips. I wonder if we will see him Friday night at O.N.E for Jersey Shore night? If I'm Philly's Perez Hilton, then he is no doubt Philly's answer to Howard Stern, but he's got the goods where I shy away from too much controversy (altho I did p/o one of Richards regular listener's when I told a porn star that she should insist on condom use as she was sending the wrong message to men, later proven correct when a story broke that there was an HIV outbreak in the porn industry) anyway click on Richards name to get to his blog & radio show.
And before you know it the night was over. Many people headed over to Zee Bar, I headed to bed. Oh What A Night so much to see, the good, the bad, not too much ugly and definitely a must do on your list of annual events. Thanks for inviting me Dan.
