On Saturday, March 7th the 9th annual Friends of the Red Cross's Red Ball raised over $120,000 this year for the Red Cross organization. A new venue for the popular young friends' ball - the new Please Touch Museum. Surprisingly, as Julie Thorne noted on her FB page, The

(Off Topic [OT] I am watching Oprah right now, seems she uses Skype for some of her guests, I guess even the economy is effecting her as she doesn't have to fly them in. OK now back to our regularly scheduled blog)Let's just start out with my favorite photo of the night. The camera loves Sabrina and I love shooting her. Like my niece Kelsey, when the camera sees Sabrina magical things happen and she's not afraid of stepping out of the shadows to give us what we need. In the background is Julie Thorne who came down from Connecticut to enjoy in the festivities.
The main room was where the dance floor was located as well as the many restaurants that provided the food.The Ketel One Martini Ice Bar will return for another year. Enjoy tasty cocktails freshly mixed on their 6 ft customized ice bar.
